Method:

Wash pigeons
well, rub inside and outside with mixture of
honey, soy sauce, garlic and salt.

Bring oil to a boil and deep-fry
pigeons until brown.

Cut into small pieces and serve,
while still hot, on a bed of lettuce.

To make a perfect dip, mix equal
amount of salt and freshly ground pepper.
Note: This dish may be made equally
well with chicken.
