Fried Pigeon (Burung Darah Goreng) Recipe

Ingredients:

2
2 tbsp
3 tbsp
2 cloves
1/2 tsp

 

pigeons
honey
soy sauce
garlic, crushed
salt
oil for deep-frying

Method:

  1. Wash pigeons well, rub inside and outside with mixture of honey, soy sauce, garlic and salt.

  2. Bring oil to a boil and deep-fry pigeons until brown.

  3. Cut into small pieces and serve, while still hot, on a bed of lettuce.

  4. To make a perfect dip, mix equal amount of salt and freshly ground pepper.

 

Note: This dish may be made equally well with chicken.
