slice white bread
garlic, chopped
onion, chopped
red chili, crushed
ground coriander
pinch of ground cumin
coconut, desiccated or freshly grated
egg, beaten slightly
silver of shrimp paste
salt
breadcrumbs

Method:

Remove white meat
from breast bone. Place meat on wooden board and
chop finely.

Separately, remove crust from
bread. Crumble bread into small pieces. Mix
chicken and bread in a bowl.

Combine garlic and onion with
chicken mixture. Then add crushed chili,
coriander, cumin, coconut, egg, shrimp paste and
salt. Mix thoroughly.

Shape into small patties,
sprinkle with breadcrumbs and fry on both sides
in oil until medium brown. Serve.
