coriander
pinch of cumin
laos
nutmeg
brown sugar
salt
vegetable oil
onion, chopped
garlic, chopped
silver of shrimp paste
tamarind juice |

Method:
-
Slice beef into
thin strips. Marinate meat with a mixture of
coriander, cumin, laos, nutmeg, brown sugar and
salt.

Heat oil in a pan and add meat,
frying until medium brown. Add onion and garlic
and fry for about 1 minute. Then add shrimp
paste, tamarind juice and 1 1/2 cups water,
cover and simmer until completely dry. Serve.
