Pork marinated in Teriyaki sauce has an exquisite flavor, especially if cooked over a charcoal grill (broiler). If this is not available, an ordinary grill (broiler) may be used, although the flavor will not be quite so good.If liked, spring onions (scallions), mushroom caps and strips of green pepper can be added to the skewers, alternating with the pork. use bamboo skewers if possible : these should be soaked in water for 15 minutes before use.As a variation, chicken, beef, prawns (shrimp) or fish may be
