40 g

1 part

 

soba (buckwheat noodles)
fresh shitake mushrooms
abalone mushrooms
spinach (por choy)
ladies' finger



water
Katsoo Boshi (fish floss)
Kikoman Shoyo
Manjo Mirin (Japanese cooking wine)

 

Method:

  1. Boil soba and vegetables for a few minutes and put in a bowl.

  2. Then add in about 500 ml of soup and serve.
