Century Egg and Meatball Porridge

Ingredients

Mix to make meatballs:
150 g
1/2 tsp
1/2 tsp
1/4 tsp
1/2 tsp
To garnish:

rice, washed and rinsed, mix
with 1 tsp oil
boiling water
chicken chicken stock
pepper
sesame oil
Salt to taste
century eggs, shelled and diced
salt
minced chicken
salt
sesame oil
pepper
corn flour
Fried shallots and spring onions

Method:

Put rice and boiling Water into a deep 5 liters casserole,
microwave on High for 8 minutes, uncovered.

Add stock, pepper, sesame oil and salt, cover and microwave on
Medium for 15 minutes. Test for softness ( can cook longer if
necessary)

Add meatballs, cover and microwave on Hugh for 5 minutes,
stirring once at half time.

Add diced century eggs and microwave on High for 1 minute. Mix
well and taste.

Serve hot with fried shallots and spring onions sprinkled on
top.
Serve 4-6
