Method:
Wash scallops. Scald and rinse.
Wash rice and bean curd sheet
Bring 6 cups of water to the boil. Add rice and bean curd sheet
and bring to the boil. Reduce to low heat and cook for 11/2
hours. Add beef and bring to the boil. Add scallops an bring
to the boil again. Serve.
