Oatmeal with Pig's Livers and Qi Zi recipe
Breakfast Recipes

 



Ingredients

75 g
2 tbsp
1/2 cup
4 cups

pig's livers
Qi Zi (soaked until soft)
oatmeal
water

Method:

  1. Wash pig's liver. Scald and rinse. Finely slice.

  2. Mix oatmeal with 1 cup of water.

  3. Bring 3 cups of water to the boil. Add oatmeal and cook until done.

  4. Add pig's liver to oatmeal and simmer for a while. Add Qi Zi and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
