Egg Recipes

Eggs. Can't live without them. Even on the worst of days when you don't feel like eating anything but your stomach protests, all you really need is an egg. For 15 cents ( okay, up to 25 cents, depending on where you squander your grocery money) you can have one of the most rewarding mouthfuls on earth. There is nothing like the taste of egg, and its texture is amazingly mercurial: eggs can be made to taste like a thousand different dishes depending on how you cook it. Here are eggs cracked, whipped, beaten, whisked, then fried, boiled (in dark sauce, poached in water), and also cooked in really weird ways.

Collections of Eggs recipes:

  1. Black Sauce Egg (Lor Nng)

  2. Salted Turnip Omelet (Chye Poh Nng)

  3. Coconut Salad with Egg and Bean Curd (Sayuh Lodeh)

  4. Stewed Dried Lily Flower and Cloud Ear with Poached Egg.

  5. Kucai Omelet
