Deep-Fried Crispy Fish with Soy Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

500 ml
1 piece (about 500 g)
2 tbsp
2 tbsp
2 tbsp

Sauce:
2 tbsp
1 tbsp
1 tsp
1 tsp
1 tsp
1/2 tsp
1 stalk
200 ml

oil for deep-frying
fish belly
coriander leaves
shredded spring onion
fried garlic oil


light soy sauce
oyster sauce
salt
sugar
sesame oil
dark soy sauce
coriander leaves
water

 

Directions:

  1. Pour sauce into wok and bring to boil. Lower the heat and cook for 2 minutes. Dish up and remove coriander leaves.

  2. Heat up oil for deep-frying, put in fish and deep-fry for 7 minutes. Then use medium heat and continue to try for another 5 minutes or until cooked and crispy. Dish up.

  3. Pour sauce over fried fish, sprinkle coriander leaves and spring onion on top and drizzle with fried garlic oil. Serve hot.
