light soy sauce
oyster sauce

Directions:
Pour sauce into
wok and bring to boil. Lower the heat and cook
for 2 minutes. Dish up and remove coriander
leaves.
Heat up oil for deep-frying, put
in fish and deep-fry for 7 minutes. Then use
medium heat and continue to try for another 5
minutes or until cooked and crispy. Dish up.
Pour sauce over fried fish,
sprinkle coriander leaves and spring onion on
top and drizzle with fried garlic oil. Serve
hot.
