Deep-Fried Cutter Fish Rings Recipe

Ingredients:

500 g
500 ml
300 g

Marinade:
1/2 tsp
1 tsp
1/2 tsp
1
1 tbsp

1 tbsp

fresh cuttlefish, cut into rings
oil for deep-frying
corn flour


salt
sugar
pepper
egg white
curry powder
dash of five spice powder
plain flour

 

Directions:

  1. Combine cuttlefish with marinade and mix well. Marinate for 30 minutes.

  2. Coat with corn flour and deep-fry in hot oil until golden brown. Dish and drain. Serve hot.
