Fish & Seafood Recipes

Ingredients:

12
1
2 tbsp
1/4 cup

green king prawns
medium-sized onion
vegetable oil
bottled satay sauce

Directions:

  1. Peel the prawns, leaving the tail intact. Cut along the center back, remove the dark vein and flatten prawns slightly.

  2. Peel the onion, trim away the root section and cut into curved sliced by cutting from top to base. Separate the pieces.

  3. Heat oil in a wok and stir-fry the onion until it begins to soften. Add prawns and stir-fry until they are lightly cooked, about 1 1/2 minutes.

  4. Add the satay sauce and mix well. Serve immediately with boiled rice and Chinese greens.

Tips: This recipe is also very good when made with scallops.
