Ingredients:

Seasoning:

Sauce:
1 tbsp
3 tbsp
1 tbsp
1 tbsp
1 tsp
1/2 tbsp
100 ml
 

oil for deep-frying
pork (with fat)
corn flour for coating pork
green capsicum, sliced
tomato, cut into wedges
onion, sliced
pineapple, sliced


salt
sugar
oyster sauce
sesame oil
egg
shaoxing wine
bicarbonate of soda

water


plum sauce
tomato sauce
chili sauce
sugar
salt
white rice vinegar
water

 

Directions:

  1. Cut pork into 1/2 " thick and pound with the back of knife until tender. Then cut into cubes. Add in seasoning  and marinate for 30 minutes.

  2. Coat pork cubes with corn flour and deep-fry in hot oil until golden brown. Dish and drain.

  3. Leave 1 tbsp oil in wok, stir-fry capsicum, tomato, onion and pineapple until fragrant. Pour in sauce and bring to cook until thick.

  4. Add deep-fryed pork and mix well. Dish up and serve.

Tips:

  1. Meat can be marinated three days in advance.

  2. If you like to prepare "Ku Low Yoke" often, you may prepare more sauce and keep in the freezer for late use.
