chicken thighs, boned
some corn flour
mango shreds
cucumber shreds
onion shreds
red chili shreds
egg
ginger juice
salt sesame oil
fresh squeezed orange juice
plum sauce
chili sauce
lime juice
sugar
salt
some corn flour water for thickening
Directions:
Mix chicken
thighs with
marinade and marinate for 3 hours. Coat with
corn flour and deep-fry in hot oil until golden
brown. Dish up and drain. Cut into serving
pieces.
Bring all sauce ingredients to
boil, thicken with corn flour water and add in
mango, cucumber, onion & red chili shreds. Mix
well and pour over fried chicken. Serve hot.
