Fried Chicken with Curry Leaves Recipe

Ingredients:

250 ml

2 tbsp

Marinade:
1 tsp
1/2 tsp
1/2 tsp
1 tbsp

Seasoning:
1/2 tbsp
1 tbsp
1 tsp

100 ml

oil for deep-frying
chicken thighs, cut into pieces
curry leaves


light soy sauce
salt
pepper
corn flour


oyster
light soy sauce
sugar
dash of chicken stock granules
water

 

Directions:

  1. Combine chicken with marinade and season for 1 hour. Deep-fry in hot oil for 5 minutes. Dish and drain.

  2. Heat up 2 tbsp oil and sauté curry leaves until fragrant. Add in chicken, seasoning and stir-fry at high heat until dry. Dish up.

Tips: Curry leaves can be added more for stronger flavor.
