Directions:
Cut the chicken
breast into bite-sized pieces.
Combine corn
flour, baking powder, beaten egg white and cold
water to make a creamy batter.
Dust the chicken
evenly with the extra corn flour, then dip into
the batter. Deep-fry for about 1 minute until
crisp on the surface and cooked through in
moderately hot oil.
In another pan
melt the honey with chili sauce. Pour over the
chicken and serve immediately. Garnish with
spring onion.
