Deep-Fried Fish Packets Recipe

Ingredients

1 stalk

minced fish
bean curd skin
carrot, chopped coarsely
small onion, chopped coarsely
spring onion, chopped
pepper

Method:

Mix the minced fish, carrots, onions and spring
onions together. Season with pepper.

Cut the bean curd skin into strips, about 8 cm by 25
cm. Spread about 1 tbsp of fish mixture at the top of the strip.
Fold the right corner down to the left side. Then fold the left to
the right. Continue the following until a triangle is at the end.
Repeat the whole process until all the fish is used.

Deep-fry the fish packets until crisp. Serve hot
with ketchup or chili sauce.
