Homemade Egg Bean Curd Recipe
Soya Beans & Bean Curd Recipes

 

 

 

 


Ingredients:

1000 ml

1 1/2 tsp
 

plain soya bean milk
egg whites
egg yolks
salt
Dash of pepper and chicken stock granules to taste

 

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients, mix well and strain.

  2. Line a 8"/20 cm square tray with plastic wrapper and pour in mixture.

  3. Bring water to boil, lower the heat and steam for 20 minutes or until set. Remove.

Tips:

Homemade bean curd can be used to prepared "Steamed bean curd with shallot oil", "Deep-fry special seafood bean curd" and "Bean curd seafood soup".
