Drain the tofu and cut into pieces 1 cm /1/2 in
thick and then into strips about 2 cm/1 in across and 5 cm/2 in in
length.
Sprinkle the flour onto a plate. Whisk the eggs in a
small bowl. Place the sesame seeds on another plate. Dip the tofu
first in flour, then in the egg and finally in the sesame seeds.
Mix the sauce ingredients together.
Pour the oil into the wok and heat to a moderate
temperature. Gradually add the tofu and stir-fry carefully for 3-5
minutes. Lift out the tofu pieces as they cook and keep warm.
