Method:
Cut the tofu into cubes and fry over high heat till
golden brown. Remove from heat and set aside. Mix all the
ingredients for the sauce.
Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a wok. Fry the onions till
fairly soft and add all the other vegetable. When snow peas are
cooked, pour the sauce over the vegetables. Add the fried tofu.
Season with salt and pepper. Thicken the sauce with a little
cornstarch if necessary. Serve with rice.
