Yao Mak with Fermented Bean Curd Recipe

Ingredients:

2 tbsp
1/2 tbsp
2 pieces
1 tsp
500 g

Seasoning:
1 tsp
1/2 tsp
1/2 tbsp

oiled garlic
fermented bean curd
chopped chili padi
yao mak (baby romanien lettuce)

oyster sauce
sugar
light soy sauce

 

Directions:

  1. Heat up oil, saute chopped garlic until fragrant. Add in fermented bean curds, chili padi and stir well.

  2. Add in yao mak, seasoning and stir-fry at high heat until cooked. Dish up and serve hot.
