Watermelon Skin and Chicken Soup

Ingredients

300 g
2
1 1/2 liters (6 cups)

watermelon skin, peeled off green layer, cut into 3cm pieces
chicken drumsticks, removed skin and cut into pieces
water
salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Put watermelon skin, chicken,  water into a pot and bring to boil. Lower fire and simmer for an hour till soft.

  2. Add in salt and pepper to taste. serve hot.
