onion, chopped
carrot, chopped
stick celery, chopped
water chestnuts
soy sauce
sesame oil
wonton wrappers
chicken stock
mange-tout
carrot, cut into fine strips |

Method:

Dice 1/4 of
chicken, pork, sausage and prawns (shrimp). Set
aside. Put remaining chicken, pork, sausage and
prawns in a food processor. Add onion, carrot,
celery, water chestnut, soy sauce and sesame
oil. Process to a smooth paste.

Spoon a little of the meat paste
on to centre of each wonton wrapper. Lightly
moisten edges and draw them together to make
small packets.

In a large saucepan , bring stock
to a boil. Add wontons in batches. Return to a
boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Add mange-tout,
carrot strips and reserved meats and prawns.
Boil and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Serve 6
