Baked Cake with Assorted Fruit Recipe Microwave Cooking
Ingredients:

self-raising powder
sodium bicarbonate
eggs
brown sugar
butter
milk
salt
diced strawberry, pineapple & diced mango
Method:
Separate egg yolk
from egg white. Beat egg white till fluffy.
Place butter, egg yolk and brown
sugar in a mixing bowl. Still well with a wooden
spoon.
Sieve plain flour, self-raising
powder and sodium bicarbonate into a large
mixing bowl. Add milk, assorted fruits. Pour in egg
and butter mixture. Stir and blend in beaten egg
white. Stir briskly.
Pour the above ingredients into
the greased cake moulds.
Touch "GRILL+CONV" to
preheat oven to 180 oC.
Cook on
low rack on CONVECTION 180oC for
13 - 17 minutes.
