Baked Calves Liver and Bacon Recipe
 Microwave Cooking

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

2 slices
2 slices
1/2
1 tbsp
2 tbsp

Seasonings:
2 pieces
1/2 tbsp
1 tbsp


 

calves liver , about 210 g
bacon, about 40 g
onion, sliced
butter
broth


bay leaves
diced parsley
white wine
a pinch of pepper and salt
 

Method:

  1. Season the liver with pepper and salt, pat on corn flour slightly for later use.

  2. Touch "GRILL+CONV" to preheat oven to 180 oC.

  3. Place calves liver in a platter. Add in sliced onion, bacon, butter, seasoning and broth.

  4. Touch "GRILL+CONV" 180 oC to bake on the low rack for 9 - 11 minutes.

Serve 2 persons
