Baked Crab Shell with Cheese Recipe
 Microwave Cooking

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

2
4 tbsp
1/2 tsp
1/2 cup
2 tbsp
1/2 tsp

Seasonings:
1/2 cup
1 tsp

 

crabs, 600 g
diced cheese
diced parsley
diced onion
diced mushroom
chopped garlic


white sauce
corn flour
a pinch of salt and pepper.

Method:

  1. Rinse and put crabs on a platter. Microwave with cover at HIGH (100%) for 7-10 minutes, remove the meat and keep the shell for later use.

  2. Put 2 tbsp oil, chopped garlic, diced onion in a platter. Cover and microwave on HIGH (100%) for 30 seconds - 1 minute.

  3. Add in crab meat, diced mushroom, seasonings, stir. Stuff the crab shell with the above mixture and sprinkle the diced cheese.

  4. Touch "GRILL+CONV" to preheat oven to 220 oC.

  5. Place the crab shell on the high rack to bake at  "GRILL+CONV" 220 oC for 8 - 13 minutes.

Serve 2 persons
