Baked Ham with Spinach Recipe
 Microwave Cooking

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

4 slices
280g
4 tsp
1 tbsp

Seasonings:
1/2 cup


 

cooked ham, about 240g
spinach, blanched
butter
diced cheese


white sauce, 120 ml
a pinch of pepper and salt

Method:

  1. Add 2 tbsp butter, 1/2 tsp salt in a pot of hot water. Add spinach, cover and microwave at HIGH (100%) for 30 seconds - 1 minute.

  2. Remove and soak the blanched spinach with cold water for a while. Drain dry and chop it into small sections.

  3. Touch "GRILL+CONV" to preheat oven to 180 oC.

  4. Place ham on top of spinach, pour on seasonings and diced cheese. Bake it on "GRILL+CONV" 180 oC on low rack for 8-13 minutes.

Serve 2 persons
