Seasonings:

Marinade:

oysters, about 900 g
chopped garlic
chopped shallot
grated ginger
ginger juice
Shaoxing wine
corn flour
a pinch of salt and pepper

Method:

Brush oysters
with a little salt and corn flour. Rinse and
repeat above step 2-3 times till oysters are
very clean. soak up excessive moisture with a
piece of cloth or tissue.

Blend in marinade. Leave for 15
minutes.

Mix 2 tbsp oil, chopped garlic,
chopped shallot, grated ginger in a platter. Stir and microwave
on HIGH (100%) for 30 seconds - 1 minute. Add in
oysters, stir, cover and microwave on HIGH (100%) for
1 - 2 minutes.

Touch "GRILL+CONV" to
preheat oven to 220 oC.

Place on the high
rack to bake at "GRILL+CONV" 220 oC
for 9 - 15 minutes.
