Baked Rice with Seafood Recipe
 Microwave Cooking

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

Seasonings:
2 tbsp
1 cup
1 tsp
 

Marinade:
1 tsp


 

shrimps, about 150 g
scallops, about 150 g
mussels, about 90 g
garoupa, about 150g
diced spring onion
green pepper
red pepper
rice
chopped shallot
chopped garlic


white wine
white sauce
corn flour
a pinch of salt and pepper


lemon juice
a pinch of salt and pepper

Method:

  1. Remove shells and intestines of all seafood. Rinse and wipe dry. Stir in marinade.

  2. Put 2 tbsp oil, chopped shallot, chopped garlic, diced spring onion, green pepper, red pepper in a platter. Stir well and microwave on HIGH (100%) for 30 seconds - 1 minute.

  3. Add in seafood, seasonings, stir and cook with cover on microwave HIGH (100%) for 30 seconds - 1 minute.

  4. Touch "GRILL+CONV" to preheat oven to 180 oC.

  5. Pour (3) on the rice and place on the low rack to bake at  "GRILL+CONV" 180 oC for 6 - 10 minutes.

Serve 2 persons
