Baked Sole and Spinach with Cheese Recipe
 Microwave Cooking

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

1 sole
360 g
1/2 cup
1 tbsp

Seasonings:
1/2 tbsp
1 cup

 

sole fillet (180 g, remove skin & bone)
spinach
diced cheese
butter


lemon juice
white sauce
a pinch of pepper and salt.

Method:

  1. Add 1 tsp butter, 1/2 tsp salt in a pot of hot water. Add spinach, cover and microwave at HIGH (100%) for 30 seconds - 1 minute.

  2. Remove and soak the blanched spinach with cold water for a while. Drain dry and chop it into small section.

  3. Touch "GRILL+CONV" to preheat oven to 180 oC.

  4. Place spinach, fillet in a plate. Add in seasonings and diced cheese.

  5. Bake at "GRILL+CONV" 180 oC for 10 - 15 minutes on low rack.

Serve 2 persons
