Ingredients: |

Seasonings:

minced beef
mushroom (125 ml)
diced onion (125 ml)
diced carrot
diced celery (125ml)
cheese powder
broth
Spaghetti
thyme
tomato ketchup
a pinch of pepper and salt

Method:

Place spaghetti
in casserole, add water, uncover and microwave
at HIGH (100%) for 15-20 minutes. Stir well at
the half time and check the color and doneness
while cooking.

Remove and soak in water. Drain.

Mix 1 tbsp oil, diced onion,
diced carrot, diced celery, minced beef and
hashed garlic. Stir, cover and microwave at HIGH
(100%) for 30 seconds - 1 minute.

Add in diced mushroom, seasonings
and broth. Stir, cover and microwave at LOW
(30%) for 20-35 minutes. Pour the sauce on the
spaghetti and sprinkle on cheese powder.

Grill on the high rack for 10 -15
minutes.
