Braised Bean curd Sticks with Chestnuts and Spare Rib Recipe

Ingredients:

150 g
270 g
3 sectioned
3 slices
8 stalks

Marinade:
1 tbsp
1 tsp
1 tsp


Seasonings:
1 1/2 tsp
1 tsp
1 tsp
1 cup

shelled chestnut
spare rib
bean curd sticks
ginger
sectioned spring onion
a dash of sesame oil

light soy sauce
sugar
wine
a pinch of pepper


light soy sauce
dark soy sauce
sugar
superior broth
 

Method:

  1. Chop spare rib into pieces. Stir in marinade. Put in 1 tbsp oil and spare rib in a casserole, cover and microwave on HIGH (100%) for 1-2 minutes. Keep for later use.

  2. Put chestnuts in boiling water to cook with MED HIGH (70%) for 3 minutes. Remove furry inner skin. Rinse and drain well.

  3. Put 2 tbsp oil, sliced ginger, spare rib; shelled chestnut; seasonings and wine in a casserole. Microwave on HIGH (100%) for 1-2 minutes. Add into bean curd sticks and sectioned spring onion to microwave on MED HIGH (70%) for 2-3 minutes. Splash some sesame oil. Dish up and serve.

Serve 4 persons
