Add some ginger
juice, wine and soaked sea cucumber in a pot of
boiling water. Microwave on HIGH (100%) for 1-2
minutes. Remove and rinse in running water.
Drain well.
Mix 1 tbsp oil with grated
ginger, chopped shallot, garlic, Shaoxing wine
and sea cucumber in a casserole. Microwave on
HIGH (100%) for 3-5 minutes.
Stir in sauce. Turn to SLOW COOK
(HIGH) for 20-30 minutes. Serve.
