Method:

Bake vegetable
oil, onion, mushrooms, diced chicken fillet and
seasonings with MED HIGH (70%) for 2 - 3 minutes.
Serve as fillings.

Blend well butter and plain
flour, add egg, evaporated milk and essence oil.
Knead the dough into puff pastry, and divide
into 2 portions.

Arrange sheets of pastry on
greased pan. Add some fillings and cheese on the pastry.
And cover another piece on top of pastry to form
pie. Brush on egg juice.

Touch "GRILL+CONV" to
preheat oven to 200 oC.

Place chicken pie on the low rack
and bake it at CONVECTION 200oC for
13 - 18 minutes.
