fresh asparagus spears (about 90g)
chicken drumstick fillet (about 120 g)
broth
plain flour
a pinch of salt and pepper
oyster sauce
sugar
corn flour
superior broth
a dash of sesame oil

Method:

Rinse and trim
asparagus spears, cut each stalk into 2 parts
and put in a pot of boiling water. Microwave on
HIGH (100%) for 1 minute. Remove, soak in clear
water, wipe dry for later use.

Add seasonings in chicken fillet,
roll up with asparagus spears. Pat on some plain
flour.

Arrange the chicken rolls on a
plate, microwave on MED (50%) for 3-4 minutes.

Pour a little oil and sauce into
a deep bowl, cover and microwave on MED HIGH
(70%) for 1 minute till boiled. Pour the sauce
on chicken rolls. Serve.
