Chicken Rolls with Asparagus Spears Recipe
 Microwave Cooking

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

8 stalks
8 thin slices
1 cup
1 tbsp

Seasoning:
 

Sauce:
1 tbsp
1/2 tsp
1/2 tsp
1 cup


 

fresh asparagus spears (about 90g)
chicken drumstick fillet (about 120 g)
broth
plain flour


a pinch of salt and pepper


oyster sauce
sugar
corn flour
superior broth
a dash of sesame oil
 

Method:

  1. Rinse and trim asparagus spears, cut each stalk into 2 parts and put in a pot of boiling water. Microwave on HIGH (100%) for 1 minute. Remove, soak in clear water, wipe dry for later use.

  2. Add seasonings in chicken fillet, roll up with asparagus spears. Pat on some plain flour.

  3. Arrange the chicken rolls on a plate, microwave on MED (50%) for 3-4 minutes.

  4. Pour a little oil and sauce into a deep bowl, cover and microwave on MED HIGH (70%) for 1 minute till boiled. Pour the sauce on chicken rolls. Serve.
