sectioned spring onion
grated ginger
chopped garlic
white vinegar
broad bean paste.
light soy sauce
broad bean paste

a dash of sesame oil

Method:

Scale fish. Cut
belly. Rinse and wipe dry. Brush with a little
ginger juice, wine, salt and pepper evenly.
Marinate for 10 minutes. Dust with a little corn
flour.

Place fish on the high rack,
brush with oil.

Grill them at "MW+GRILL" P/Level
70% for 6-8 minutes. Turn over at the mid point.

Place 1 tbsp oil in a casserole.
Microwave on HIGH (100%) for 30 second. Add in grated ginger and chopped garlic,
red and green pepper, cover and
microwave on HIGH (%) for 30 seconds.

Remove. Add in fish and
stir in seasonings. Cover and microwave
on HIGH (100%) for 30 seconds - 1 minutes.
