Croaker in Sour Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

1
12 shred
10 stalk
1 tsp
1 tsp
1 tbsp
1 tsp

Seasonings:
1 tsp
1 tsp
1 tbsp
1 tsp


 

yellow croaker, about 600 g
red pepper & green pepper
sectioned spring onion
grated ginger
chopped garlic
white vinegar
broad bean paste.


light soy sauce
broad bean paste
white vinegar
sugar
a dash of sesame oil
a pinch of pepper

Method:

  1. Scale fish. Cut belly. Rinse and wipe dry. Brush with a little ginger juice, wine, salt and pepper evenly. Marinate for 10 minutes. Dust with a little corn flour.

  2. Place fish on the high rack, brush with oil.

  3. Grill them at "MW+GRILL" P/Level 70% for 6-8 minutes. Turn over at the mid point.

  4. Place 1 tbsp oil in a casserole. Microwave on HIGH (100%) for 30 second. Add in grated ginger and chopped garlic, red and green pepper, cover and microwave on HIGH (%) for 30 seconds.

  5. Remove. Add in fish and  stir in seasonings. Cover and microwave on HIGH (100%) for 30 seconds - 1 minutes.

Serve 2 persons
