Method:
-
Remove shells and
intestines of all seafood. Rinse and wipe dry.
Stir in marinade.

Mix 2 tbsp oil with diced spring
onion, red pepper, green pepper, chopped garlic,
grated ginger and curry powder in a platter.
Cook with cover at microwave HIGH (100%) for 30
seconds - 1 minute.

Add in seafood, seasonings, stir
well and cook with cover at microwave HIGH
(100%) for 30 second - 1 minute. Stir in sauce.
Microwave on MED HIGH (70%) for 8-13 minutes.
