Curry Seafood Recipe

Ingredients:

8 / 600 g

1 tbsp

Marinade:
1 tsp
1 tsp
 

Seasonings:
1 tsp
1/2 tsp
2 tbsp
1/2 cup

Sauce:
2 tsp
2 tbsp

 

shrimps
scallops
mussels
garoupa
diced spring onion
green pepper
red pepper
curry powder
chopped garlic
grated ginger


lemon juice
white wine
a pinch of salt and pepper


sugar
salt
evaporated milk
superior broth


corn flour
water

Method:

  1. Remove shells and intestines of all seafood. Rinse and wipe dry. Stir in marinade.

  2. Mix 2 tbsp oil with diced spring onion, red pepper, green pepper, chopped garlic, grated ginger and curry powder in a platter. Cook with cover at microwave HIGH (100%) for 30 seconds - 1 minute.

  3. Add in seafood, seasonings, stir well and cook with cover at microwave HIGH (100%) for 30 second - 1 minute. Stir in sauce. Microwave on MED HIGH (70%) for 8-13 minutes.

Serve 2 persons
