Double-Boiled chicken with ginseng Recipe Microwave Cooking
Ingredients:
90 g
600 g
2 slices
Seasonings:
ginseng
chicken
ginger
a pinch of salt
Method:
Remove skin and
internal organs from chicken. Rinse well. Put it
in boiling water and microwave on HIGH (100%)
for 30" - 1' as scalding. Drain well.
Put chicken, ginseng and ginger
slices in a tureen. Pour in water till 80% full.
Seal well. Microwave on HIGH (100%) for 4-5
minutes. Turn to SLOW COOK (LOW) to double-boil
for 2 hours. Season with a pinch of salt. Serve.
