Double-Boiled Frog with Dried Scallops Recipe Microwave Cooking

Seasonings:
dried scallops
frog
qizi
ginger
a pinch of salt and pepper.
Method:
Leave dried
scallops whole. Rinse well. Soak till tender.
Rinse qizi and drain well.
Remove skin and internal organs
from frog. Rinse. Put it in boiling water and
microwave on HIGH (100%) for 30" -1' as
scalding. Drain well.
Put frog, dried scallops, qizi
and ginger slices in a tureen. Pour in some
boiling water till 80 % full. Seal well.
Microwave on HIGH (100%) for 4-5 minutes. Turn
to SLOW COOK (LOW) to double-boil for 2 hours.
Add in seasonings. Dish up and serve.
