Method:

Peel papaya,
rinse and remove the seeds, cut into dices.

Place white fungi into a big
bowl, soak white fungi with 1 hour till swelled.
Place white fungi and 3 sliced ginger into a pot
of boiling water. Microwave on HIGH (100%) for
30" - 1', remove and drain for later use.

Place papaya, white fungi,
Chinese assorted almonds and rock sugar into a
tureen, pour in boiling water till 80% full,
seal well. Stew the ingredients and cook on SLOW
COOK (LOW) for about 1 1/2 hours. Serve as a
nourishing desset.
