Double-Boiled White Fungi with Papaya and Chinese Almonds Recipe

Ingredients:

360 g
8 g
80 g
90 g
3 slices
 

papaya
Chinese assorted almonds
white fungi
rock sugar
ginger

Method:

  1. Peel papaya, rinse and remove the seeds, cut into dices.

  2. Place white fungi into a big bowl, soak white fungi with 1 hour till swelled. Place white fungi and 3 sliced ginger into a pot of boiling water. Microwave on HIGH (100%) for 30" - 1', remove and drain for later use.

  3. Place papaya, white fungi, Chinese assorted almonds and rock sugar into a tureen, pour in boiling water till 80% full, seal well. Stew the ingredients and cook on SLOW COOK (LOW) for about 1 1/2 hours. Serve as a nourishing desset.

Serve 2 persons
