Fillet with Tianjin Pears Recipe

Ingredients:

Marinade:

Sauce:
1 tsp
1/2 tsp
1/2 cup
1/2 tsp


 

chicken fillet
beef fillet
Tianjin Pear
spring onion
grated ginger
hashed garlic


light soya sauce
sugar
ginger juice
wine
cornflour
a dash of sesame oil
a pinch of pepper

a pinch of pepper
 

 

Method:

  1. Rinse chicken fillet and beef fillet, cut into shreds, wipe dry, blend in marinade for about 10 minutes.

  2. Peel pear, remove stones and cut into slices.

  3. Mix 1 tbsp oil, grated ginger, hashed garlic, chicken fillet and beef fillet together in a casserole. Cover and microwave on HIGH (100%) for 30" - 1'. Add in sliced pear and sauce, mix well. Cover and microwave on MED HIGH (70%) for 2 - 3 minutes. Serve hot.
