Fish Soup with Papaya and Red Dates Recipe

Ingredients:

360 g

420 g
3 slices

Seasonings:
 

papaya
red dates
fish tail
ginger

a pinch of salt and pepper

Method:

  1. Peel papaya, rinse and remove the seeds, cut into chunks.

  2. Rinse red dates, soak tender and remove stones.

  3. Place 1/2 tbsp oil, fish tail and sliced ginger into a casserole. Microwave on HIGH (100%) for 2-3 minutes. Add some boiling water, papaya and red dates, microwave on HIGH (100%) for 8-10 minutes, then cook with 40% MEDIUM LOW for 25-30 minutes. Season and serve hot.
