Method:

Peel the fuzzy
melon, rinse and cut into chunks.

Rinse the fish tail, wipe dry,
blend in seasonings for later use.

Place 1/2 tbsp oil, sliced ginger
and fish tail into a casserole. Microwave on
HIGH (100%) for 2-3 minutes. Pour in boiling
water, fuzzy gourd salted egg and sliced ginger.
Microwave on HIGH (100%) for 8-10 minutes, then
turn down P/level to 40%, cook further for 25-30
minutes. Serve hot.
