Fried Beef with Mango in Chili Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

240 g
1
10 shreds
1/2 tsp
1/2 tsp
1/2 tsp
8 stalk

Marinade:
1 tsp
1/2 tsp
2 tbsp
1/2 tsp
 

Seasoning:
1 tsp
1/2 tsp
2 tbsp
1/2 tsp

 

beef fillet
mango
green pepper & red pepper
chopped shallot
grated ginger
chopped garlic
sectioned spring onion


light soy sauce
sugar
superior broth
corn flour
a dash of sesame oil
a pinch of pepper

Method:

  1. Rinse beef fillet, Wipe dry. Cut into shreds. Blend in marinade. Leave for 10 minutes.

  2. Remove skin and stone of mango. Cut into sticks.

  3. Mix 2 tbsp oil with chopped shallot, grated ginger and chopped garlic. Cover and microwave on HIGH (100%) for 30 second - 1 minute.

  4. Stir in shredded beef fillet. Cover and microwave on MED HIGH (70%) for 3-5 minutes.

  5. Splash a little Shaoxing wine. Add in seasonings, sectioned spring onion and mango sticks. Stir well. Cover and microwave on MED HIGH (70%) for 1-2 minutes. Dish up and serve.
