Fried Chicken with Lemon Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

2 pieces
2 slices
1/4 tsp

Marinade:
1 tsp
1 tbsp
2 tbsp
1/2 tsp
1 tbsp

 

chicken thigh, about 450g
lemon
diced parsley


chopped shallot
white wine
lemon juice
sugar
superior broth
a pinch of salt and pepper

Method:

  1. Rinse chicken thigh. Wipe dry. Stir in marinade. Leave for 30 minutes. Dust with a little corn flour.

  2. Place the chicken thigh on the high rack, brush with oil.

  3. Bake it at COMBI mode "MW+GRILL" P/level 70% for 6-8 minutes. Turn over at the mid point.

  4. Remove. Put some sliced lemon on. Sprinkle with some diced parsley. Serve.

Serve 2 persons
