Method:
-
Cut bacon into
small pieces.
-
Tear tendons of honey peas, rinse
for later use.

Rinse squid, remove membrane,
crisscross and cut into pieces. Blend in
marinade, marinade for 10 minutes.

Place a pot of boiling water in
oven, microwave squid with HIGH (100%) for 1
minute, remove and drain.

Pour 1 tbsp oil, bacon, sliced
ginger, hashed garlic and honey peas into
casserole and microwave at HIGH (100%) with
cover for 1-2 minutes. Add in squid, sauce and
sectioned spring onion, stir well, microwave on
HIGH (70%) for 1-2 minutes till boiled. Dish up,
serve hot.
