Method:

Rinse and wipe
dry chicken fillet, blend in marinade for 10
minutes, microwave with cover on HIGH (100%) for
2-3 minutes. Then shred for later use.

Peel and shred cucumber.

Rinse instant jellyfish with
drinking water, drain dry.

Pour seasonings into a casserole,
stir well, cover and microwave on HIGH (100 %)
for 1 minute.

Arrange on plate shredded chicken
fillet, cucumber, carrot and jellyfish. Sprinkle
with white sesame and season to serve.
