Jellyfish with Shredded Chicken and Cucumber Recipe

Ingredients:

1 piece/ 180 g
1
240 g
1/2 tbsp
1 small piece

Marinade:
1/2 tsp
1/4 tsp
1/2 tsp
1/2 tsp
 

Seasoning:
2 tsp
1 tsp
3 tbsp
1 tbsp

 

chicken drumstick fillet
cucumber
instant jellyfish
white sesame (fried)
carrot (shredded)


light soy sauce
sugar
wine
ginger juice
a dash of sesame oil
a pinch of pepper

sesame oil
a pinch of pepper

Method:

  1. Rinse and wipe dry chicken fillet, blend in marinade for 10 minutes, microwave with cover on HIGH (100%) for 2-3 minutes. Then shred for later use.

  2. Peel and shred cucumber.

  3. Rinse instant jellyfish with drinking water, drain dry.

  4. Pour seasonings into a casserole, stir well, cover and microwave on HIGH (100 %) for 1 minute.

  5. Arrange on plate shredded chicken fillet, cucumber, carrot and jellyfish. Sprinkle with white sesame and season to serve.

Serve 2 persons
