Lotus Seeds and Walnut Sweet Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

90 g
240 g
90 g
 

lotus seeds
shelled walnut
rock sugar

Method:

  1. Remove core from lotus seeds.

  2. Put walnut in a oven to microwave on MED HIGH (70%) for 1-2 minutes. Remove. Put it in a stirrer. Add in 3 cups water. Stir into thick fluid.

  3. Place above ingredients in a tureen. Pour in some boiling water till 80% full. Seal well. Microwave on HIGH (100%) for 4-5 minutes. Turn to SLOW COOK (LOW) to double-boil for 1 hour. Dish up and serve.

Serve 4 persons
