Lotus Seeds and Walnut Sweet Soup Recipe Microwave Cooking
Ingredients:

lotus seeds
shelled walnut
rock sugar
Method:
Remove core from
lotus seeds.
Put walnut in a oven to microwave
on MED HIGH (70%) for 1-2 minutes. Remove. Put
it in a stirrer. Add in 3 cups water. Stir into
thick fluid.
Place above ingredients in a
tureen. Pour in some boiling water till 80%
full. Seal well. Microwave on HIGH (100%) for
4-5 minutes. Turn to SLOW COOK (LOW) to
double-boil for 1 hour. Dish up and serve.
