Rinse chicken.
Cut from the back. Flatten. Stir marinade well.
Brush on chicken evenly. Scald chicken skin
briefly. Pour on a little red vinegar and malt
sugar. Marinate for 1 hour. Air dry for 1 hour.
Place the chicken up side down on
the low rack and brush with oil.
Cook on COMBI (MW+GRILL) MED HIGH
70% for 11-15 minutes. Turn over at mid point,
brush with oil.
Brush with honey. Bake at COMBI (MW+GRILL)
MED 50% for 5-8 minutes. Serve.
