lamb chop , about 250 g
1/2 can straw mushroom (sliced)
flour
butter
superior broth
chopped shallot
wine
thyme
a pinch of salt and pepper

Method:

Marinade lamb
chop with a little pepper and salt for a while.

Place lamb chop on the low rack,
brush with oil.

Bake them at "MW+Grill"P/level
70% for 6-8 minutes. Turn over at the mid point.

Place butter in a platter.
Microwave on HIGH (100%) for 1/2 - 1 minute till
it melted. Add in chopped shallot, wine, sliced
mushroom, broth and lamb chop, stir. Cover and
microwave on HIGH (100%) for another 1/2 -1
minute.
